Pricing & Booking

Every project begins with conversation.

Some work is best priced hourly. Other work deserves time, focus, and flexibility.

Below is a guide to how commissions are structured.

Live Drawing

(Events, Weddings, Gatherings)

$150 per hour
Two-hour minimum booking

Live drawing is offered on-site for weddings, parties, corporate events, and private gatherings. Guests may be drawn while moving naturally through the space or while seated for short posed studies.

Each drawing takes approximately 10 minutes, allowing multiple guests to be captured during an event. Drawings may focus on individual portraits, expressive group moments, or the atmosphere of the venue itself.

Color is typically loose and expressive in faster pieces, with black-and-white options also available.

Travel outside the immediate area and extended bookings may affect final pricing.

Portraiture

Portrait commissions are created in the studio and priced based on the number of subjects, material, size, and level of finish.

Starting prices:

  • Black & White Portrait (charcoal, pencil, or pen & ink): starting at $450

  • Color Portrait (marker or mixed media): starting at $650

  • Oil Portrait: starting at $1,800

Portraits may range from quick, expressive studies to fully developed, highly refined works. Final pricing is determined after discussing reference material, scale, and timeline.

(Studio Commissions)

Custom artwork includes non-portrait subjects such as objects, interiors, scenes, or conceptual pieces, created in charcoal, pen and ink, marker, or oil paint.

These works vary widely in scope and time commitment.

Custom commissions typically begin at $1,200, with oil paintings and large-scale works quoted individually.

Each commission begins with a discussion of subject, medium, scale, and intent to ensure the final work aligns with both vision and budget.
